Blue Diamond Growers supports employees in continuing their education in areas related to their current role or career advancement. Full-time employees, hired before the course start date, are eligible unless they receive Veteran’s or other government educational benefits. Employees laid off while enrolled in approved courses can still receive financial assistance upon successful course completion. Total educational assistance to any employee shall not exceed $5,250 during a calendar year for degree programs and certifications taken at an accredited institution recognized by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA).
